Anja Nickel is the founder of ABN Financial Strategies. She specializes in building personalized financial solutions that reflect her clients' individual circumstances. Taking a consultative and collaborative approach, she guides her clients in defining their goals, prioritizing those goals, and strategizing on how to achieve them.
Anja is passionate about partnering with and educating other professional women, so they feel financially empowered. She loves being there to celebrate each of her clients’ life milestones, and to navigate changes and challenges together.
Anja has created a multi-state practice that continues to grow rapidly, due to her relationship-centric approach working with individuals, families and businesses.

Anja graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Penn State Smeal College of Business, with minors in psychology and international business. As a proud PSU alum, she has continued to support the Penn State Panhellenic Dance Marathon, which raises money and awareness for childhood cancer.

Cassandra manages the client services and business operations. She supports our team and clients by coordinating appointments, preparing for client meetings, filling out applications, running reports, and organizing and maintaining important documents. She helps ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and that our team is prepared to provide clients with a seamless experience.
Prior to joining ABN, Cassandra worked as an Administrative Manager for over 4 1/2 years, and prior to that, she worked in risk management for a property management company. She managed and monitored criminal referrals and cases, ensured optimal team performance, fostered a culture of compliance and accountability, and aided in strategic risk management initiatives to protect company assets and reputation. Cassandra graduated from Regis College with a bachelor’s degree in law & government and a minor in sociology.
